| 摘 要： | 晚清蜀中文人张祥龄的词学著作《词论》广为人知，但对其生平与交游尚缺乏足够了解。而从廖平为张祥龄和其妻所撰墓志铭中，大致可以知晓其生卒年月等基本生平状况；他与王鹏运、郑文焯、况周颐等词坛大家的词学交游活动也可从相关词学著作中得以考见。其《词论》从词体体格、词体发展、词学风格等方面阐述了他尚雅的词学理念，而将“主文谲谏”“发展变通”观念引入词学与他的经学背景密不可分，从中可以管窥儒学思想对晚清词学的影响渗透。
