| 摘 要： | 管理参与分配是社会主义经济发展的必然要求。管理在经济发展中的贡献决定其应该参与分配。鼓励管理参与分配将对社会主义经济建设产生深远的影响。本文就管理参与分配的必要性、合理性及重要性做理解性探讨。

| Abstract: | Management being a party in distribution is an inevitable requirement of the development of socialist economy. The contribution of management in the growth of economy decides it being a party in distribution positively. Encouraging management being a party in distribution must show far-reaching influence upon socialist economical construction. In this paper the writer has had an understanding exploration of the inevitability,reasonability and importance of management being a party in distribution. |
