摘    要:文章对运用“整体分解法”与“常规顺式教学法”教授太极拳的效果作了对比实验研究,分析了在太极拳的教学活动中,运用“整体分解法”教学优于运用“常规顺式教学法”教学的原因,提出了在高校普及推广运用“整体分解法”教授太极拳的建议,这不仅对提高高校太极拳的教学质量有重要意义、对教授其它年龄段的人群学习太极拳有指导作用,而且对其它武术套路及其它体育套路项目的教学改革有深远影响。

Abstract:Based on a contrastive experiment in teaching Taijiquan, this paper holds that teaching Taijiquan by steps is better than the traditional sequential approach, and puts forward some suggestions on the popularization of the former. The research is not only helpful for the Taijiquan teaching reform in universities but also for the Taijiquan training of any other people. Besides, it also holds some far-reaching significance for the teaching reform of any other martial arts.
