| Abstract: | The article mode the main body of sci-tech novelty retrieval service, which the sci-tech novelty retrieval institutions in Jilin Province, as study object. It stated the science and technique development of Jilin Province firstly. Basing on the analysis of the main body and object of sci--tech novelty retrieval, the authors investigated the status quo of sci-tech novelty retrieval institutions in Jilin Province , and put forwards some trends of the work of sci-tech novelty retrieval of Jilin Province in the future. |
