| 摘 要： | 从刘易斯、拉尼斯、费景汉等人的二元经济理论与人口流动模式入手,分析了我国特殊二元经济结构下的农业人口转移和就业特点,提出通过推进农业剩余劳动力向大中城市转移,加速城镇化建设,政府为农业剩余劳动力转移提供政策保证等途径,实现我国农业剩余劳动力的转移.

| Abstract: | On the basis of Lewis-Fei-Rains Model, the feature of the transfer of surplus labor force in agriculture, due to the particularity of Chinese dual-economic structure is analysed. The way to solve this problem must be diversified such as transfering the surplus labor force in agriculture to a big city, accelerating the construction of urbanization, and government must assure to provide favorable policy. |
