食品科学与工程学科生物技术的教学现状

摘    要:在全国范围内搜集了相关高等院校食品科学与工程学科本科、研究生生物技术教学课程体系的有关资料,从课程设置、总学时数、实验学时数等多个方面,进行了分析和研究。结果表明,各高校对生物技术教学非常重视,但高校之间存在着严重的不平衡性,这使得本科与硕士学习内容之间的衔接存在困难,因此,硕士阶段在生物技术课程的设置上,理论课和实验课都应多开设选修内容,以满足学生的不同需求。

Abstract:The information about the course system of biotechnology teaching of undergraduate and graduated students in food science and engineering major was collected around the whole country and the course setting, total hours, experiment hours and many other aspects were analyzed and studied. The results suggested that the teaching of biotechnology was valued in general in all the institution of higher education involved while serious unbalance existed in different institutions, and this resulted in the linking problem between undergraduate and graduated education. Therefore, more optional teaching content should be set in either theoretical or experimental courses of biotechnology in the period of graduated education to meet the optional need of the graduated students.
