摘    要:工效学是一门实践性很强的学科,但目前很多高校的教学是以课堂授课为主,影响了学习效果。借鉴日本某大学的教学经验,以工业工程专业为例,对工效学实验教学模式作了新的探讨,以期通过实验教学加深学生对工效学的感性认识和理解,提高学生实验操作能力、实践能力和创新能力。

Abstract:Ergonomics is a scientific discipline that studies the application of principles,data and methods to optimize human well-being and overall system performance.Although ergonomics is a subject of applied science,teaching of ergonomics is mainly classroom-based in most universities,which may compromise the effectiveness of learning.This paper will discuss the different aspects of experimental teaching model based on the teaching experience of industrial engineering in a Japanese university.The purpose of this study is to show that experimental teaching may deepen the students’ perceptions and understanding towards ergonomics,which will in turn improve their abilities to implement,execute and innovate.
