| Abstract: | One of the main difficulties in civil executions is the imperfection of relief system for debtors.Basing on principles of ＂efficient,fair and legitimate＂ and establishing a scientific relief system in civil executions is of great theoretical importance and practical value for dealing difficulties of enforcement in civil executions. |
