电弧炉电极调节器控制策略对电网影响的仿真研究

摘    要:利用Simulink搭建带电极调节器的交流电孤炉系统的仿真模型.改变电极调节器的控制策略,分别采用PID和模型参考自适应的控制方法,得到电网电压波动的仿真结果.仿真结果表明采用先进的控制策略,提高了电极调节系统的性能,使得电弧炉引起的电网电压波动的幅值大大减小.

Abstract:The simulation model of alternating current arc furnace with electrode regulator system is built by making use of Simulink. Simulation results of voltage fluctuation are obtained by means of different control tactics,namely,PID control and model reference self-adaptive control. The results show that adopting advanced control tactics to improve the performance of electrode regulator makes the amplitude of fluctuating voltage greatly decrease.
