| 摘 要： | 针对我国集团公司财务管理中存在的不足，提出网络化是提升集团公司财务管理水平的有效手段。并对利用网络技术提高集团公司的财务管理进行了可行性分析，认为网络化财务管理对我国大多数的集团公司来说是可行的，也是有效的。

| Abstract: | To the lacks of the finance management in our country group corporation, this paper proposes that the network is a effective method to promote the group corporate finance management level, and carries on the feasibility analysis by useing the network technology to enhance the group company＇s financial management. It is effective to use the network financial management in the majority of group company. |
