| 摘 要： | 实验室资源建设是高校建设重点内容之一，但是，在面向学科竞赛时，高校实验室资源大多采用分院系管理模式，管理问题较多且成效不佳。在此背景下，本文以面向学科竞赛为出发点，从高校实验室资源管理的现状、存在的问题及问题的原因入手，提出高校实验室资源量化管理策略。

| Abstract: | The laboratory resources construction is one of the key contents of construction of universities, but in face of discipline competition, different colleges and departments carry out their own management modes of laboratory resources, resulting in many problems and poor effects. In the background, starting from discipline competition, as well as the current situation, existing problems and factors causing the problems in university laborato-ry resources management, the quantitative management strategy of university laboratory resources is proposed. |
