| 摘 要： | 《嘉禾吏民田家莂》显示 ,吴国国有土地上的租佃关系十分发达 ,并已基本制度化。之所以如此 ,既有其历史渊源 ,更是现实经济的需要。封建政府力图借出租零星国有土地改善财政 ,农民为维护和改善经济条件而表现出的积极性是其发达和制度化的根本动因。在吴国初年 ,这确实起过积极作用

| Abstract: | ' Jia he li min tian jia bie ' (the old book) revealed that the leasehold relation of state owned land was very much developed and institutionalized basically in Wu country. Its reasons included historical origin and practical demand of economy. Feudal government tried hard to hire out fragmentary state run land for improving its financial condition. Peasants showed the enthusiasm for maintaining and improving their economic condition. Those two points were ultimate motive that leasehold relation of state owned land was developed and institutionalized. It played the positive role at the beginning of the Wu country. |
