摘    要:计算机教学不仅要教会学员计算机的相关知识和操作技能,更重要的是教会他们如何认识和发挥自身的优势和潜能,如何对学习的行为和结果进行全面客观的解释和归因,如何从学习中体验成功的喜悦和学习的快乐,如何调节自身情感并逐渐养成乐观的心态和高尚的情操。但后者在教学实践中既容易被忽视,又难于操作。笔者通过运用积极心理学的相关规律和干预策略在优化计算机教学效果的同时,让学员体验到计算机学习的快乐和喜悦。

Abstract:Computer education not only teaches cadets a lots of computeracy and operational skills, but also tells them how to realize their own advantages or potential, how to evaluate bad results or behaviors in a subjective and round view, how to experience the joy of getting ahead in the learning process, how to adapt themselves to a new environment. But in fact the affectional objectives are often ignored easily and performed difficultly. The author would apply the rules and interventions of the positive psychology to optimize the teaching effect. At the same time, let cadets feel a great gratification in the process of studying computer.
