| 摘 要： | 职称评审涉及高等学校教师的切身利益,直接影响高校教师积极性的发挥和学校的可持续发展。现阶段高等学校的职称评审存在的主要问题是:评审人员中专家学者少,操作过程不科学。实现高等学校职称评审的科学化,关键是行政权力要切合职称评审的内在要求,发挥专家学者的专业作用,同时要健全职称评审的科学机制。

| Abstract: | The judge for promoting professional post involves university teachers' immediate interests,directly affect their initiative of university sustainable development.The primary problems that exists in the fields of promoting professional post are a fewer experts and scholars among the judges and having a not good process of operation.The key to realize promoting professional post scientifically,the application of university's administrative power should be fit in with the internal demanding of promoting professional post,experts and scholars' professional knowledge should be given full play and a scientific mechanism of the judge for promoting professional post involves should be amplified. |
