| 摘 要： | 通过对比实验,对高校网球选项课运用竞赛法教学进行了研究。证明竞赛法教学能有效地激发学生的学习兴趣,提高学生的体育能力,改善学生竞争与协同的心理素质,促进他们良好的体育习惯的形成和规则意识的树立。
