| 摘 要： | 政党是国际关系中的行为主体,政党外交是国家总体外交的重要组成部分。中国共产党第一代领导集体形成了开创性的政党外交思想;第二代领导集体科学把握世界主题,发展了第一代领导集体的政党外交思想;第三代领导集体尊重世界多样性发展,促进政党外交全面展开。三代领导集体政党外交思想一脉相承,不断发展。

| Abstract: | The political party is the essential conductor in international relations and the diplomacy of between the political parties is an important component in the whole country's diplomacy.The first leader group formed the initiating theory of party diplomacy;the second leader group correctly recognized the theme of the world,inherited and developed the theory of party diplomacy of the first leader group;the third leader group respected the diversify of the world and promoted the overall development of the party diplomacy.The theory of the party diplomacy of the leader groups over three generations inherits each other and develops unceasingly. |
