| 摘 要： | 本文从科技成果的内涵分析入手，提出了一种应用于科技成果查新的科技成果分类方法，通过对各类科技成果查新的重点、方法以及文献资源进行针对性的选择，使科技成果查新的质量得到有效地控制。作者还从宏观管理的角度提出了提高科技成果查新质量的对策及措施。

| Abstract: | The author sets out from the analysis of the connotation of scientific research findings and put forward a method of categorization of scientific research findings that can be applied to scientific research findings novelty. The quality of scientific research findings novelty will be effectively under control through the comparison and selection in accordance to the focus and method of scientific research findings novelty as well as reference data. The author also proposes strategies and measures aimed to improve the quality of scientific research findings novelty from the perspective of macro-management. |
