| 摘 要： | 随着建筑行业的竞争日趋激烈,传统的管理模式和管理手段已无法适应建筑业发展的要求.信息技术的应用能直接改变工程管理的手段,提升信息化水平和管理水平,减少成本,提高企业竞争力.从ERP和项目管理的集成入手,分析了ERP在项目管理中应用的可行性,提出了ERP和项目管理集成的策略.
