| Abstract: | With the rapid development in economics,science and technology and in society and with the establishment of our socialist market economy and the deepening of the reform in the institutions of higher learning,there is a great need for the reform and development in the management of the reference room in colleges and universities.For this reason,four measures should be taken,including:(1)stress and highlight the position of the reference room;(2)enhance the overall quality of the whole staff in the reference room;(3)emancipate the mind and renew the old ideas;(4)deepen the reform,perfect the mechanism and enbance the management. |
