| 摘 要： | 教育观念,即教育观,对教师职业行为具有指标性意义,也是教师文化的呈现方式之一。我国中学教育事实上长期被定位在选拔功能上,在此背景下形成的教育观,与新课程改革要求相比出现严重错位。开辟文化视角将为教师研究提供新启示。
