| 摘 要： | 随着高校信息化进程的不断深入,目前各地高校信息化基础工程的建设已初具规模.网络技术的成熟,促使各种视频应用为了满足高等院校教学、管理等多方面的需求而被广泛采用.新一代校园网提出了面向多业务的服务理念,如何在已有技术和资源的基础上物尽其用,实现对多种视频应用的融合与支持,是现代化高校建设中的热点问题.
