| 摘 要： | 为研究财政政策对公共图书馆的扶持与促进作用,采用财政经济学理论对公共图书馆发展进行定性研究,由此可以说明:一方面,公共财政政策与公共图书馆的发展具有紧密的相关性;另一方面,运用财政调控政策工具来支持我国公共图书馆的可持续发展,进而构建具有中国国情的公共图书馆财政政策激励体系。
