| 摘 要： | 促进社会包容是现代公共图书馆的使命。本文对"乞丐入馆事件"折射出的公共图书馆社会包容现状进行探讨,并进一步从理论研究和图书馆实践两个角度进行分析,发现在我国公共图书馆服务中社会包容精神长期缺失,虽然社会包容理念正逐步引起学界和业界的关注,但实践中的包容程度和水平不高,有待进一步宣扬和践行。
