| 摘 要： | 应用HPLC法对商洛四县(区)不同季节人工栽培丹参中丹参酮ⅡA含量变化进行研究.结果表明,同一品种丹参在不同季节,不同栽培基质中丹参酮ⅡA含量不同.9月底绝大部分药材含量已经达到药典要求.本研究为商洛丹参规范化栽培管理及标准操作规程的制定提供参考.对药源基地药材质量控制措施进行有益的探索.

| Abstract: | By studying the variation of the content of the root of red-rooted salvia ketone-IV of man-planted root of red-rooted salvia from Different Medicinal Source Bases in different seasons with the method of HPLC,a result is obtained that the content of the root of red-rooted salvia ketone-II varies according to seasons and planting soil,by September, the content of most of the different root of red-rooted salvia reaching the standard listed in the"The Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China".This research offers reference for giving the standardized culturing management and the formulation of the standardized practice instructions of Shangluo City's root of red-rooted salvia culturing. It is a helpful exploration to the quality-controlling measures for the medicinal materials from the medicinal source bases. |
