论人才培养模式的技术向度

摘    要:人才培养模式是指在一定的教育思想与教育理论指导下,人才培养的主体通过人才培养过程实现人的发展的科学操作和思维方式。其实质是对培养什么人、用什么培养人、如何培养人等问题的回答。技术影响着人才培养模式的变革。不同的技术时期,有着不同的人才标准,其人才培养模式也具有显著的差异。这种差异性表现为教育目的、教育内容、教育载体和教育方法的差异。对技术演进与人才培养模式变迁的关系进行历史与动态地考察,是研究人才培养模式的新视角。体现多元、观照个性、走向技术是人才培养模式变革的必然选择。

Abstract:The mode of talent training indicates that, under the guidance of certain educational thought and theory, the subjects of talent training realize human scientific operation and thinking styles of human development by way of talent-cultivating process, whose essence is to answer such questions as what humans to train, with what to cultivate humans, and how to cultivate humans.Technology affects the reform of talent training patterns. In the different technological periods, there are different standards of talents, and patterns of developing talents are significantly different as well.The differences can be seen in education objectives, contents, methods and carriers. Analysis of the historical and dynamic relationships between the technology evolution and the talent-cultivating modes is a new perspective of researching the training mode. Embodying diversity, concerning personality,and applying technology are the inevitable choice of reforming talent-training modes.
