| 摘 要： | 提高教师素质是国内外教育界的共同话题，也是我国基础教育改革面临的重大课题。针对我国的现实情况，提高教师素质的途经主要有三条：一是改革师范教育，培养符合时代要求的教师；二是树立终身学习观，在教育实践中提高自身素质；三是加强在职培训，提高在职教师的教学能力。

| Abstract: | Improve teacher quality common topic of education circle both at home and abroad , of our country basic greatsubject that educational reform faces too. To the reality of our country, there are three ways to improve teacher's quality mainly:First , reform the teacher education, it accords with the teacher of the era demand to train; Second , establish and study the viewall the life , improve one's own quality in educational practice; Third , strengthen on-the-job training , improve the on-the-jobteacher's teaching ability . |
