| 摘 要： | 地方院校"学科教学"类研究生在培养目标定位上主要是为基础教育培养优秀的高学历、高层次、高素质师资。当前,地方院校的该类研究生教育在招生录取、培养各环节尚存诸多问题,应该在人才录取考查机制、课程体系设置、课程任课教师建设、导师配备、教育实践、管理机制等方面大胆改革创新,逐步形成有利于该类研究生培养质量的人才培养模式。

| Abstract: | Master of education of regional universities aims to cultivate excellent teachers for primary education.However,there are many problems in enrollment and cultivation of graduates of discipline teaching.Therefore,it requires bold reform and innovations in assessment mechanism,curriculum system,teaching staff construction,supervisor assignment,education practice,management mechanism and so on,which could help to gradually form a high-quality cultivating mode of graduates in education discipline. |
