| 摘 要： | 农村劳动力市场的形成是工业化、城市化发展的产物,它对我国社会经济发展产生了广泛而深远的影响。对农村劳动力市场的研究应突破传统劳动力转移理论,以劳动力价格作为内生变量为前提,通过区域农村劳动力供给及需求函数,对农村劳动力市场进行短期、长期均衡分析。文章以1978-2010年赣州市统计资料为基础,对欠发达农业地区赣州市劳动力市场进行实证研究,以期得出赣州市农村劳动力市场现实状况及有参考价值的结论。

| Abstract: | The rural labor market is the product of industrialization,which widely and profoundly has impacts on socio-economic development in China.This research breaks through theories of the traditional labor transfer and takes the price of labor as endogenous variables.By supply and demand functions of the regional rural labor,It analysis the short-term and long-term equilibrium of the rural labor market.Base on 1978-2010 Ganzhou statistics,the article empirically researches the Ganzhou labor market,which belongs to the under-developed agricultural areas,and obtains the realities of Ganzhou rural labor market and some conclusions of practical significance. |
