| 摘 要： | 学校体育活动事故是学校体育活动中不可避免的现象。运用法律手段妥善处理事故，是解决事故纠纷的主要途径。以法律和事实为依据．对学校体育活动事故适用的法律范畴、法律责任承担和免责条件进行了分析。同时对事故进行了分类，对不同类型事故的法律责任进行了具体分析，为学校管理在处理体育活动事故过程中，提供了法律依据和有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Applying to legal methods is the main resolution to unavoidable accidents in Campus PE activities. This paper makes a deep analysis into the legal sphere, legal liability and absolutional conditions applied in Campus PE activities on the basis of law and facts. Meanwhile, the paper , after categorizing the examples, makes a detailed analysis on how to bear legal liabilities for different styles of accidents, providing legal supports and effective solutions in the process of dealing with PE accidents for the school authorities . |
