| 摘 要： | 发挥思想政治工作的作用是构建社会主义和谐社会的客观需要,思想政治工作通过发挥教育激励、疏通协调等作用,引导人们树立起正确的世界观、人生观、价值观,妥善处理好人民内部矛盾,协调好各种利益关系,促进人自身的和谐发展和人与人的和谐关系,实现全社会的和谐稳定发展。
