| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、专家访问、问卷调查和学生座谈法，对高校女生畏惧800m测试原因及对策进行分析和研究：结果表明造成女生畏惧800m测试的原因包括主观因素和客观因素。针对主、客观因素提出了相应的对策，有助于高校女生克服畏惧心理和体育教学。
