加强高校师资队伍建设的思考

摘    要:师资队伍建设是一个学校可持续发展的关键,也是一个学校生存和发展的根基,高校的竞争首先表现为师资队伍的竞争.当前,我国高校师资队伍建设方面普遍存在着总量不足,高素质优秀人才不多,教师队伍年龄结构、学历结构以及职称结构不合理等情况,存在着师资队伍管理体制滞后老化、教师流动速度加快以及部分教师事业心不强等状况.为此,必须要高度重视师资队伍建设,加大学科带头人的选拔与培养,完善师资队伍管理体制,实行全员聘用制度,提高教师业务水平以及职业道德水准,同时,不断完善内外部环境,为高校教师队伍建设提供良好保障,实现高校跨越式发展.

Abstract:Teaching staff construction is the key to the sustainable development of a university,and the base for its survival as well.The competition among universities is in fact the competition of their teaching staff.Nowadays,there are still some problems in teaching staff construction in colleges and universities,such as the deficiency in total quantity,the lack of high-quality personnel,the irrationality of age structure,formal schooling and professional title.So we must pay much more attention to teaching staff construction,strengthen the cultivation of academic leaders,perfect the staff management system,carry out the full-employment system,enhance the staff's teaching abilities and professional ethics,create favorable working environment and supporting measures for them so as to bring about the rapid development of colleges and universities.
