摘    要:课堂管理是影响课堂活动效率和质量的重要因素,它包含的内容非常丰富,这里我们只简要地从三方面阐述课堂管理:课堂环境的管理、课堂纪律的管理与课堂气氛的管理.课堂环境的管理主要指对物质环境的管理,即从外界环境维度给课堂管理上提供物质保证;课堂纪律的管理这里主要是指制定一定规则,规范学生与教师的行为,从制度上为课堂管理提供保证;课堂气氛的营造是指在班集体营造某种积极的学风与教风,从内在心理层面为课堂管理提供心理保障.

Abstract:Classroom management is the vital factor affecting classroom activity efficiency and quality. This paper expounds classroom management from three aspects: the management of classroom environment, the management of classroom discipline and the management of classroom atmosphere. The management of classroom environment is mainly the management of physical environment, providing substantial guarantee; the second management is mainly making some rules for the students and the teacher, providing institutional guarantee; the last management is to cultivate active learning habits and teaching habits in the class, providing psychological guarantee.
