| 摘 要： | 本文从合作治理角度实证分析了契约治理、关系治理与产学合作绩效的关系.采用北京地区企业的数据,运用层级回归方法,本文得到如下结果:第一,事先信任、专用资产、技术属性是影响契约治理的重要因素;第二,专用资产、技术属性对事先信任与契约治理的关系具有调节作用;第三,关系治理机制能够显著的提升合作绩效.而契约治理机制与合作绩效呈倒u型关系,最后,对本文研究的不足和未来的研究方向做了进一步的探讨.

| Abstract: | From the governance perspective,this paper tries to contribute to this research field.On the data of firms in Beijing,the empirical study find:(1)initial trust is negative correlative to the contract terms;(2)asset specificity,and attributes of technology both have significant effect on the contract governance.And these factors have moderating effect on initial trust;(3)relation governance has positive effect on the cooperative performance,contract governance has an inverted U relationship with the cooperat... |
