| 摘 要： | 多元化战略自被引入我国企业管理以来，成功者寥寥无几，失败者却比比皆是，已引起有识之士的关注。论文从“多元化战略实施的含义及其影响”、“多元化战略实施存在的问题”和“多元化战略实施的对策思考”等三个方面进行探讨，认为我国企业要实施多元化战略，就应当从“制定好企业的整体战略目标”、“协调好企业新老核心竞争力”和“企业控股、经营的多样化”等方面着手。

| Abstract: | With the development of market economy, diversification strategy became a popular strategy chosen by many Chinese enterprises in their course of development. In the process of implementing the diversification strategy, some companies made great successes while some incurred losses. The reason why such phenomenon happened attracts much attention. This paper aims to explore the efficient method of practicing diversification strategy through analyzing the implications, disadvantages, and countermeasures of it. It proposes that we should develop an overall strategic objective, coordinate old and new core competitiveness of enterprises, and realize the diversification of enterprise stock-holding and business. |
