| 摘 要： | 深部找矿和国际能源与矿业市场形势的变化,对资源勘查工程专业高层次人才提出了新的要求。本文在总结过去教学改革成果的基础上,探讨了新的人才培养模式和支撑体系,提出控制适度的招生规模和坚持走＂特色＋精品＂的发展思路。

| Abstract: | Along with the change of deep mineral exploration and international energy and mineral market,there are new standards and requires for high level talents in the resource exploration engineering. This paper summarized the innovated teaching production in the past,discussed a modified cultivating model and education-supporting system,and presented some development strategy that is controlling moderate scale of recruiting students,preserving the subject characteristics and cultivating high level talents. |
