| 摘 要： | 宗法，是与宗族紧密联系，以父权、族权为特征的制度和规范体系，兼有政治和法律两重性．它是中国特定历史条件的产物，经历了漫长的历史演变过程。宗法不仅制约中国政治制度的发展，而且影响中国法律制度的演进。由于与中国传统的经济状况．社会层级、政治架构、及人们的文化心理相适应，宗法曾发挥过，且至今还在发挥着重要的影响。

| Abstract: | China＇ s Patriarchal System （Zong Fa）, closely related to China＇ s Patriarchal Clan （Zong Zu）, is a regulating system characterized by patriarchy authority and clan authority with the dualities of politics and law concurrently. China＇ s Patri- archal System, the result of China＇s particular historical condition, has gone through a long historical development course. Up to now, it has influenced not only the development China＇s political system but also the gradual progress of China＇ s legal system. For its long evolution, china＇ s Patriarchal System has its good aspects as well as bad aspects, which will in turn exert not only good but also bad influence on china＇ s politics and law at present. |
