优秀运动员冬训期间训练效果的生理生化评价

摘    要:对优秀运动员冬训期间训练周期进行生理、生化指标测定,旨在评定身体机能状态和评价运动训练的效果。结果表明:在冬训周期性训练中,血红蛋白、尿素氮没有明显的变化(p>0.05),皮质醇明显增加,血睾酮、T/C明显下降(p<0.05),训练完成后,运动员的乳酸无氧阈和无氧功明显增加(p<0.05)。表明经过冬训后运动员的运动能力明显增强。

Abstract:Certain physiologic and biochemical indices from male rowing athletes were taken daring a short period of training using. The purpose was to analyze and appraise the body function, and evaluate the exercising effictiveness. The data showed that hemoglobin level was on the decreasing trend and BUN level was on the increasing trend, Testosterone level and the power in 4mmol/l lactate threshold were significantly decreased and cortisol was significantly increased after 4 - wk winter training. The reseach indicated that stamina of athletes was significantly increased after 4 - wk winter training.
