| 摘 要： | 大学科技园研究与创新网络研究是当前国内技术创新学术界研究的两个热点领域。然而，在这两个领域的交叉地带目前还少有人涉足。本文使用小样本统计调查方法，对国内10所有代表性的大学科技园内部分小型技术创业企业创新网络实际状况进行了初步地探索性研究。文章对创业企业创新网络的结构、重要性排序和功用，与大学研究机构的关系，与外部的创新沟通和合作等三个方面给予了探讨，文章最后给出了结论。

| Abstract: | In China,the research of University S&T Park and firm's innovation network are two frontiers now,but few research works have been done in the intersecting field of two frontiers.Using small sample survey,this paper firstly examined the real state of innovation networks of small and middle technological entrepreneurship firms in the 10 Chinese University S&T Parks.It is discussed in three areas: the structure,importance and utility of networks,the relationship between firms and university.and the communication and cooperation of innovation.Finally,the conclusions are given. |
