| 摘 要： | 资金问题是制约科技发展的一个重要瓶颈,科技型企业依靠市场机制很难融到足够的发展资金。在后金融危机时代,随着资金流向的变动、内需政策的实施和创业板的推出,科技型企业融资迎来的新机遇,欠发达地区应当借鉴国际和国内发达地区的成功经验,开拓思路,采用多种手段,通过政府的引导与支持,构造一个有效的金融服务体系,为地区的科技发展提供有效的支持。

| Abstract: | Finance is an important bottle neck restricting the development of science and technology,and science and technology-oriented enterprises are difficult to collect the sufficient funds depending on the market mechanism.In the post-financial crisis era and with the change of the fund flow,implementation of domestic need policy and knocking out of growth enterprises,science and technology-oriented enterprise financing sees a new chance.Through the government＇s guidance and support developing regions should learn from the successful experience of developed regions home and abroad,broaden horizons,take multiple approaches and construct an efficient system of financial service,providing the efficient support for the scientific and technological development of the region. |
