| 摘 要： | 在分析我国体育管理环境发展动态性的基础上,解析了我国体育管理体制刚性的构成维度,即体育战略变革刚性、体育管理流程刚性、体育管理组织结构刚性以及体育管理文化刚性,进而剖析了我国体育管理体制刚性促成因素,即线性思维的局限性、路径依赖的锁定性、沉淀成本的效应性、知识传播的局限性,寻觅到我国体育管理体制创新的路径,以期促进我国体育管理体制的创新与发展. |

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes t he formation of rigidity of sport s managerial system in China on t he basis of analyzing t he development of the sport s management sur roundings , which includes adjustment rigidity of sport s st rategy , procedure rigidity of sport s management , organizational st ruct ure rigidity and cult ural rigidity. In order to promote t he reform and innovation of t he sport s managerial system , it must be known t hat t here are limitations of the linear t hinking mode , the dependency of certain means , t he effect s of what is cost , t he dissemination of knowledge etc. |
