| 摘 要： | 禁止内幕交易是各国普遍采取的作法，具有独特的法律价值。本文结合我国《证券法》的相关规定，从正效应方面对禁止内幕交易的法律价值进行定位，以期有利于我国的内幕交易法律的完善和实施。

This article describes the legal value in accordance with the relevant provisions of Stock law, this paper assesses the legal value of prohibiting insider trading in terms of possitive effect to wntribute to the improvement and implementation of Insider Trading Law. |
