液氮球磨混粉及取粉方式的探讨

摘    要:对近年来国内外日益升温的低温机械合金化进行了介绍,比较了低温机械合金化对普通机械合金化所具有的优势。并对在液氮球磨的三种混粉方式——立式、卧式和倾斜式及在液氮球磨过程中三种取粉方式——顶部、底部和底侧部分别进行了比较,认为倾斜式混粉和从液氮球磨罐顶部取粉为最佳方式。

Abstract:The paper introduces cryogenic mechanical alloying which has become more and more widely accepted in the world in recent years and shows its predominance compared with conventional mechanical alloying. A comparison is made of three types of mixing powder (vertical, horizontal and inclined) and three types of obtaining powder (top,bottom and side of bottom). Inclined type of mixing powder and top type of obtaining powder from cryonic tank top are the best by comparison.
