摘    要:"工学结合"是高职教育教学改革的方向,实践性教学是培养和提高学生综合能力的重要组成部分。针对食品专业实践性教学的特点,要以学生为中心、建立校内外实践基地、加强校企合作,为保证教学效果,建立双师型教师队伍,并完善考核制度。

Abstract:Work-integrated with Learning is the orientation of higher vocational education reform,while practical teaching is an important part in training and improving students' comprehensive ability.In light of the characteristics of practical teaching for Food,the student-centered teaching mode should be promoted and on and off-campus practical basses should be established,and meanwhile the cooperation between school and enterprise should be strengthened.Furthermore,the teaching staff with double professional certificates should be built and the evaluation system should be perfected,thus ensuring the teaching efficiency.
