| 摘 要： | 我国推行建设工程监理制有近二十年的历史,并已经形成良好的建筑市场运行机制.通过推行监理制,为建筑市场主体创造了公平、公开、公正的管理环境和政府对工程建设的控制.推行监理制有利于促进经济体制配套改革和市场经济体制的建立,加快市场体制发展的步伐.特别是在国际建设市场的竞争更加激烈的情况下,推行监理制有利于促进我国建筑业与国际接轨.建筑企业将面临国内、国际两个市场的挑战与竞争.通过推行监理制可使建筑企业逐渐认识、了解和掌握国际通行做法,寻找差距,不断提高自身素质与竞争能力,为进入国际市场奠定良好的基础.
