摘    要:本文主要是研究甘氨酸-N-甲基转移酶(Gnmt)抑制后对神经干细胞分化的影响。从14dSD孕鼠的胚胎纹状体分离培养神经干细胞,培养两周后,将神经干细胞接种到24孔板,加入甘氨酸-N-甲基转移酶的产物SAH对该酶进行抑制,观察其抑制后对神经干细胞分化的影响。采用RT-PCR分析Gnmt抑制后mRNA的表达。结果表明:甘氨酸-N-甲基转移酶抑制可以诱导神经干细胞的分化。

Abstract:The paper studied the effect of glycine-N-methyltransferase(Gnmt) on the neural stem cells. The neural stem cells from the striatum corpora of rat's embryo were cultrued in 24 well for 14 days. Inhibitor, SAH, a sort of substrate of Gnmt was added into the culture medium, and the effect of the Gnmt expression in the level of nRNA on NSCs differentiation was examined by RT-PCR. The down regulation of Gnmt. Could induce the differentiation of NSCs.
