地方高校旅游管理专业实训教学原生认知及其建设对策

摘    要:受旅游感知形象的启示,文章针对许昌学院旅游专业实训课程设置的实际情况,从实训课程教学的角度,对旅游专业实训教学在学生心目中的原生认知现状进行调查,指出地方高校旅游管理专业实训教学存在学生认识不够、实训场地缺乏、实训教师水平不高等问题。从课程设置、课堂日常教学、实训基地和师资队伍建设四个方面,提出地方高校旅游管理专业提高实训课程教学质量水平的对策。

Abstract:Inspired by the perception image of tourism and on the basis of the actual situation of the curriculum design, this paper conducts an investigation into the ur-cognition of students majoring in tourism on the teaching of practical training, suggesting that there exist some problems as to the practical training of the tourism management major of local higher schools in terms of students' cognition, training field and teachers' knowledge, and then, propounds some strategies for these problems.
