| 摘 要： | 解说服务是景区的必要组成部分,是强化游客景区体验的重要手段。文章采用问卷调查法和统计分析法,将调查数据和访谈结论相结合,分析游客的旅游解说需求差异,从游客角度剖析天生三桥景区自导式解说系统和向导式解说系统中存在的问题,并提出完善解说媒体布局、加强景区重要特征解说、扩展解说内容和增强解说的针对性,以及提高解说员素质等景区解说系统的优化措施,以期能给其他生态旅游景区解说系统优化提供启示。

| Abstract: | Interpretation service is necessary for scenic areas, and is the most important way to strengthen visitors＂ experience. The paper, by adopting questionnaire and statistical analytical method, makes an analysis of interpretation demand and finds the problems existing in interpretations in natural three-bridge seethe areas, Then the author proposes some tourist interpretation systems to optimize measures, which include improving the layout of interpretation media, strengthening the ecotourism feature, extending commentary of interpretation, increasing the aim of interpretation, and enhancing the interpretation quality of guides. The study may provide some advice touist interpretation system optimization for the other eeo-tourism scenic areas. |
