| Abstract: | The paper elaborates the experiment principle for the pulse amplitude discriminator in single photon counting experiment and the phonton number measured by phonton counter,draws the curve of the sample s reflection under the 0 electric current and in the different illumination times and discusses the causes influencing measurement accuracy in the experiment and resulting in errors. |
