| 摘 要： | 教师职业道德是教师专业化的核心内容，以“以人为本”为理念，加强师德建设、提高师德素养，足教师专业化发展的必然要求，也是德育工作的治本之策。要在教师专业化要求下完成“以人为本”的师德建设，就必须建立道德自我反思制度、创造民主和谐的人文环境、创新教师评价机制、增加教师的职业幸福感。
